Our NDIS Support

NDIS support that helps participants feel more comfortable at home, more confident in the community and better supported in everyday life.

The right fit makes a difference

Better carers means better care

Starting with a new provider can feel like a big step, especially when support involves your home, your routine or time spent out in the community. Bespoke Home Care takes the time to learn what each participant needs, what helps them feel comfortable and what kind of team member may suit them best, so NDIS support feels more familiar from the beginning.

Feel part of your community

NDIS support can also help participants get out, stay connected and take part in everyday life beyond the home. For some people, that might mean attending appointments, visiting familiar places, building confidence with outings or spending time doing things they enjoy. Bespoke Home Care approaches community support in a way that feels calm, respectful and suited to each participant’s comfort level.

Help that works with your plan and your life

Every NDIS plan is different, and so is every individual behind the plan. Bespoke Home Care works with participants, families and support networks to understand what support is needed, how it should feel and what will make daily life easier to manage.

Care that genuinely makes a difference

Our NDIS support can be shaped around different parts of daily life, from feeling more comfortable at home to getting out into the community with confidence.

Daily Living Support

Daily Living Support is designed to help participants feel more comfortable, capable and supported in their everyday routines. This may include practical assistance around the home, support with personal routines, help preparing for the day or guidance with tasks that have become difficult to manage alone.

At Bespoke Home Care, we understand that home is a very personal space, so our team works with care, respect and patience. We take the time to understand how each participant likes things done, what level of help feels comfortable and where they may want to build more confidence over time.

The goal is to make daily life feel safer, calmer and easier to manage, while still respecting each person’s choices, privacy and independence.

Community Access

Community Access can help participants get out, stay connected and take part in the places, activities and routines that matter to them. For some people, this may mean going shopping, attending appointments, visiting family, joining social activities or spending time in familiar community spaces.

For others, it may start with smaller steps, especially if getting out feels overwhelming or confidence has been low. Bespoke Home Care takes a gentle and practical approach to community access. We work at the participant’s pace, pay attention to what feels comfortable and help make outings feel more manageable.

With the right support person beside them, participants can build confidence, enjoy more choice in their day and feel more connected to life outside the home.

Transport Services

Transport Services can make it easier for participants to get where they need to go with less stress and more confidence. This may include support travelling to appointments, community activities, shopping, social outings or other important places in their weekly routine.

Transport is not just about getting from one place to another. For many participants and families, it also means having someone reliable, respectful and patient involved in the journey. Bespoke Home Care focuses on making transport feel calm and well planned, with team members who understand the participant’s needs, timing, comfort level and preferences.

This can help reduce pressure on families, support greater independence and make it easier for participants to stay involved in their community.

Capacity Building

Capacity Building support focuses on helping participants develop skills, confidence and independence in everyday life. This might include working towards personal goals, building routines, practising social skills, learning how to manage daily tasks or feeling more confident when making choices.

Every person’s goals are different, so this support should never feel one-size-fits-all. Bespoke Home Care takes the time to understand what the participant wants to work towards and what kind of support will help them feel encouraged rather than pressured.

Capacity Building may happen at home, in the community or during everyday activities, depending on what feels useful and realistic. Over time, this kind of support can help participants feel more capable, more confident and more in control of their day.

Tell us what kind of support you are looking for, what is happening now and what matters most to the participant. We will take the time to listen, answer your questions and talk through how Bespoke Home Care may be able to help.
